On October 9, 2015 an expert team of the Federation of Transport Trade Unions in Bulgaria met with the management of “Lufthansa Technik Sofia”, represented by the CEO of the Company Daniel Hoffman and Tsveta Milanova, Head of “Human Resources”. FTTUB was represented by Antonia Panayotova “International Relations” expert and Milena Tachinova, Organizational secretary. Todor Stanev also attended the meeting as a Secretary of the trade union of technical staff in the Company.

At the beginning of the meeting both sides reaffirmed their intentions to establish relations based on mutual respect and understanding in a spirit of constructive and fruitful cooperation. The meeting continued with a discussion on the format and the framework of their future relations and ended with the adoption and signing of rules of procedure of the Council for Social Partnership in “Lufthansa Technik Sofia”, under which the meetings between the two parties will now be held every two months on a regular basis.
